Plant tours
I offer 2 types of plant tours:
1) Forest bathing is another way of saying, "Let's spend some mindful time in the woods!" On these excursions, I guide you through short seated meditations as well as sensory practices while walking.
2) On my "wild plant safaris", I introduce you to healing medicinal herbs and wild food plants growing in the middle of the city.

Hands-on workshops
There are 2 types of workshops:
1) Botanical goodies: Learn how to make your own gourmet food and personal care products, ranging from fragrant bath salts, to delicious herb butter and immune-boosting tonics.
2) Sensory exploration: Awaken your senses with activities like walking a barefoot path, taking imagination journeys with vegetables, and playing games with materials from nature.

Nature writing
Hone your attention and ability to stay present with journaling, guided prompts and free writing in nature.

Rather than promoting an idyllic view of nature, these sessions aim to give participants critical-thinking tools for engaging with questions around colonialism and monocultures, ecosystem collapse and other consequences of the Anthropocene.
